Watch as the first couples to marry under the District's marriage equality law celebrate their love before a crowd of family, friends, supporters... and media

Last week the first same-sex couples in the District applied for legal marriage licenses – on Tuesday, March 9, they were able to legally sanction their relationships. In a morning ceremony at the Human Rights Campaign Equality Center, organized by the Campaign for All D.C. Families, three couples said their vows and devoted their lives to each other – as legal spouses.
