And they’re off! The 2010 High Heel Race was the largest ever — with a turnout that numbered in the tens of thousands along the recently christened Frank Kameny Way in Washington, D.C. on Tuesday, Oct. 26. There was a little controversy concerning the winner, but when it was all said and done, Brian Segal, sporting a fetching black polkadot dress, took the honors. Here’s the race captured in all its heel-stopping glory.
