Kylie Minogue wants you to dance on her new “Time Bomb” [video]

Kylie Minogue released the video for “Time Bomb,” her latest dance music single.

The Australian singer and actress turns 44 on May 28, and she is celebrating “her 25th year in music,” according to her official website.

In the video, Minogue looks as fit and sexy as ever as she walks around the streets of London. The song’s lyrics, though, implore the listener to enjoy life now because “Time is ticking oh so fast / The sand is running quick right through our hands.” In the chorus she asks, “Do you wanna dance like it was the last dance? / We’re on a time bomb / It might not last long / So let’s just do it right now. Do it, come on!”

The new song is available on iTunes, and a “Best of Kylie” CD/DVD combo is available for purchase from Amazon soon, which will feature 21 of her biggest hits. “Time Bomb” is not listed as one of those tracks.

Kylie Minogue is set to appear as Tara in the teenage lesbian-themed movie, “Jack and Diane.” She also plays a “suicidal stewardess” in the surreal French film, “Holy Motors,” according to the New York Times. The latter film premiered at Cannes last week.
