Xbox One: $499, launching in November, available to preorder

With most of the specs for Microsoft’s next generation console confirmed at last month’s reveal, there remained one vital piece to the gaming puzzle that many needed to know — and we now have it. Launching this November, as expected, the Xbox One will cost $499 in the U.S., €499 in Europe and £425 in the U.K. It will launch in 21 countries and if you’re set on owning the One, you’ll be pleased to know that Microsoft is also allowing preorders as of today at select stores. Now we play the waiting game for five months….
