John Waters calls heterosexual porn obscene

“Someone said ‘it’s not making love, it’s making hate’. Especially heterosexual porn. I think in the gay porn you can tell they’re both in on it. In some of the hetero porn [with] the [treatment of] women you cannot tell.”

Openly gay filmmaker John Waters, in an interview with the BBC, in which he stated internet pornography as a whole is obscene, but heterosexual pornography and its treatment of women is particularly damning. (BBC)
