The Grand Candy comes to Iota Cafe this Thursday

Images

Arlington-based The Grand Candy performs at a party celebrating the release of its debut album, NSFW, recorded at D.C.’s famed Fugazi-popularized Inner Ear Studios. Led by jazzy-soul vocalist Dan Cohn, their sound recalls Dire Straits or Jeff Buckley. Thursday, Feb. 27, at 8:30 p.m. IOTA Club and Café, 2832 Wilson Blvd., Arlington. Tickets are $12. Call 703-522-8340 or visit iotaclubandcafe.com.

Update: It was incorrectly reported that The Grand Candy was opening for Sol-Roots. In fact, Sol-Roots is playing the reception for The Grand Candy’s album release show.
