We’re a gullible, easily manipulated species. A cute face, a sad gaze, a curious licking of lips – it doesn’t take much for us to give in to the cravings of our pets. As we graze in our kitchens and living rooms, nibbling on snacks or devouring dinners, all too often there’s a cat or dog silently watching, cautiously expecting a delicious treat or tasty morsel to be offered their way. More often than not, we give in – after all, we’re only human. However, just what kind of foods are you offering to your beloved pet? There are a variety of things we humans wouldn’t think twice about eating that could easily leave your pet in a great deal of pain, discomfort, or even kill them. But don’t worry.
