Bette Midler tickets on sale Monday, Nov. 17, for Verizon Center show
The Divine Miss M will stop by the Verizon Center next year during Pride Month — for a gig that comes a few days before she storms Madison Square Garden on June 25, in time for her hometown’s annual Pride festivities. (No way is this merely a coincidence for this popular gay entertainer who got her start performing in gay bathhouses.) It will be “Bathhouse Bette’s” first tour in a decade, which comes in support of her new album, It’s The Girls, presenting her covers of girl-group standards.
