Finger Lakes

With 138 acres of total skiable terrain, Bristol Mountain Winter Resort, in New York’s Finger Lakes region, has joined the growing list of destinations hosting LGBT winter events. In association with Rochester Pride, The LGBTQ Center of the Finger Lakes, LORA (Lesbians of Rochester and Allies) and the Finger Lakes Visitors Connection, the Toronto Gay Ski & Snowboarding Club is organizing Super Ball: Bristol Mountain LGBTQ Ski & Snowboarding Weekend, Friday, Jan. 30, to Sunday, Feb. 1. Activities include group skiing/snowboarding by level, meet-ups and receptions. Bristol Mountain is known for its vertical rise of 1,200 feet, the highest vertical of any ski resort between the Rocky Mountains and the Adirondacks.
