Lesbian yogurt ad has One Million Moms enraged

What does selling yogurt have to do with gay sex? Nothing at all, but Chobani wants to make the association.”

— One Million Moms, a conservative action group and division of the American Family Association, writing on their site.

“There is additional concern about the way this advertisement is pushing the LGBT agenda,” they continued, “but an even greater concern is that the commercial is airing when children are likely watching television.”

The advert dares to show a lesbian couple in place of a heterosexual couple. Presumably, One Million Moms wouldn’t object to a man and woman being naked in bed together with yogurt during primetime.

Chobani told The Huffington Post that their Love This Life campaign was “part of our founding mission to make better food for more people…. We’re proud that our products are enjoyed by all and we celebrate that diversity whenever — and however — we can.”
