Hundreds of gay men (and a couple lesbians) made the trek to Southern Delaware's LGBT-friendly Rehoboth Beach for the July 4th holiday to attend The Boys of 6 Futcher Drive's annual pool party.

The theme of this year's party was "All American Circus," and the Futcher Boy's delivered by transforming their beautiful backyard pool into a virtual big top.

With suggested donations being collected to support the CAMP Rehoboth gay and lesbian community center, Mike DeFlavia, one of the host and official ringmaster, reported that approximately $8,000 was raised -- and that's not peanuts.

Upcoming:

On Saturday, July 28, Christopher Peterson will star in a one night only performance of his new show Typhoon Judy at the Rehoboth Beach Convention Center.  Tickets start at $30, and proceeds will also benefit CAMP Rehoboth.

CAMP Rehoboth will host its annual Sundance fundraiser during Labor Day weekend.  The two-day event includes an auction and cocktail buffet on Saturday, September 1; and a dance on Sunday, September 2. Tickets are $80 for both events or $45 for one event.
