Columbus gay paper seeks to stop theft of free publications

Michael Daniels of the gay publication outlook:columbus who is seeking the help of City Councilwoman Priscilla Tyson of Columbus, OH, to prevent the mass theft of his free monthly publications. He estimates that as much as 15% of might be disappearing under questionable circumstances. They are seeking a new ordinance to prohibit the taking of more than 5 copies of any free publication, and exceeding that could lead to a month in jail and a $250 fine. (Columbus Dispatch)
