''This man was dressing up to conceal his identity, and in this case he specifically resisted with force, using a chemical mace weapon to defeat the security guard trying to apprehend him at the time. We're glad to have him in custody.''

Lieutenant Paul Sparks of Montgomery County Police on the arrest of Jonathan Bradley, who appears to be a MTF transgender individual. Bradley was caught on camera a month ago, allegedly trying to steal an expensive Chanel dress from Saks Fifth Avenue on Wisconsin Avenue; and then pepper spraying an officer and running away. It is reported by Fox5 that Bradley was identified by tips and caught after being stopped for a traffic violation. Bradley's face is clearly visible in the video, and the fact that police caught on camera wearing women's clothes, trying to steal women's clothes, and was wearing women's clothes a month later -- it seems odd and inaccurate that police and the news would repeatedly claim that Bradley was a man dressing as a woman for criminal purposes only.
