J.B., a gay man living in Texas who is about to be granted a divorce from his husband. The pair were legally married in 2006 in Massachusetts. Judge Tena Callahan of Dallas, TX has set off waves of panic among the state's conservative political base because they fear that Callahan may be trying to rule that the state's ban on gay marriage maybe be unconstitutional. Though the ruling is something of a landmark, it is the opinion of some that the chances of marriage being legalized as a result of this divorce case is unlikely at best.
