Barbara Vega relaying the death of Amanda Gonzalez-Andujar, 29, to NY Daily News. Gonzalez-Andujar, a pre-op MTF transgender was found face-down in bed in her home in the Queens borough of New York City. AP reports that the medical examiner finds that she had been strangled, although an earlier report by NY Times said she had been stabbed. An update states that there has been no arrest yet and that a laptop computer is missing. (NY Daily News)
