Ray Hill, described by KVUE as a gay activists, expressing complaints about the behavior of police in the Montrose area. Mr. Hill is referring to the case of Steven Bowen, who says he was taken in by police who "sometimes think they can get away with whatever they want. The report says that some residents have complained about similar incidents since February. And there is some speculation that the catalyst for such behavior was the election of Annise Parker, an out lesbian who was recently elected Mayor.
