From a Los Angeles, CA Superior Court document that shows that actress Portia de Rossi is going to take on the surname of her wife, Ellen DeGeneres. The celebrity couple's attorney asked that the couple's address be redacted from the public record becaue, "Ms. de Rossi and Ms. DeGeneres have previously received unwelcome and threatening attention from private citizens.'' The soon-to-be DeGenereses were married back in August of 2008 during the brief time period when same-sex marriage had been legalized in California. (TMZ)
