[OFFICIAL EVENT] Mr. and Miss Capital Pride Pageant -- Honoring Monet Dupree and Bruce Ashcraft and hosted by Lena Lett. These annual pageants celebrate the talents of the individuals competing and represent the diversity of the LGBT community. [AFFILIATED EVENT] A Journey of Spirit: The Debate over Debbie Friedman -- This documentary examines the controversial debate over the music of lesbian singer, songwriter and guitarist Debbie Friedman. A post screening discussion with the film's director, Ann Coppel, is followed by a 9 p.m. concert by the Fabrangen Fiddlers.
