
The Atlas Performing Arts Center and Metro Weekly join forces to present a gay, summer-long film series based on this magazine's annual list of "Gay Films Everyone Should See." The series kicks off in high heel fashion this Thursday, June 23, with Victor/Victoria, Blake Edwards's 1982 musical comedy -- later, a Broadway musical -- starring Julie Andrews, James Garner, Robert Preston, Alex Karras and Leslie Ann Warren, with an Oscar-winning score by Henry Mancini.
