Britt Returns

Missing Hyattsville gay man apparently unharmed

Kevin Britt Jr., a 23-year-old gay resident of Hyattsville, Md., reported missing Sept. 22 by his partner, Elias Fishburne, has returned, apparently unharmed. While the couple have not responded to a request for comment, Britt began posting on his Facebook page Sept. 27, including a Sept. 30 post thanking friends for their prayers and other support.

In reporting Britt’s disappearance, Fishburne said he’d last seen Britt Sunday morning, Sept.  20, as Britt left the couple’s home to attend to some paperwork at his place of work, Psychotherapeutic Services Inc. in Landover, Md., a provider of mental-health services in Prince George’s County.
