The Wiz at Center Stage

Ease on down the road with Dorothy and her friends in The Wiz, a funked-up adaptation of L. Frank Baum’s The Wizard of Oz featuring music and lyrics by Charlie Smalls. Kingsley Leggs and Angela Robinson, stars of Broadway’s The Color Purple, take on The Wiz/Uncle Henry and Glinda/Aunti Em, respectively. Center Stage’s artistic director Irene Lewis directs.
