A Tony-nominated serious actor, having appeared on Broadway in Dreamgirls and most recently David Mamet’s Race, David Alan Grier is best known for his comedic roles on TV and film. How could anyone ever forget the borderline-offensive but riotously funny effeminate Antoine on Fox’s ’90s sketch show In Living Color?
