Rick Perry heckled at Iowa coffee shop

“Why are you demonizing gay and lesbian people?”

An unidentified heckler at an Iowa coffee shop following remarks by Governor Rick Perry. Perry is airing a campaign ad in Iowa in which he says “there’s something wrong in this country when gays can serve openly in the military but our kids can’t openly celebrate Christmas or pray in school.” Perry did not respond to the heckler. (L.A. Times)
