10 Things Not to Feed Your Pets

Milk

Milk/Dairy — Cats love milk. That’s why you’ll likely be surprised to know that most cats are lactose intolerant. Their digestive systems cannot process dairy products, which can lead to diarrhea and other digestive problems. The same applies to dogs – let them lick your ice cream and you could be facing a messy afternoon later that day, as diarrhea can easily occur when eating dairy. If your cat must have milk, look for special cat-friendly milk products.
