A. Smith Bowman hosts the Grapes & Grains Trails Holiday Spirit Festival on Saturday

A Smith Bowman Distillery

A. Smith Bowman, in Fredericksburg, Va., offers tours of its distillery during a day in which local vendors will help Grapes & Grains Trailsfestivalgoers get their holiday and Christmas shopping done early. But the focus is on learning about and sampling the region’s alcohol-makers, including Bowman, brewing companies Adventure and Blue & Gray, and wineries Hartwood, Lake Anna, Mattaponi and Potomac Point. Saturday, Nov. 15, from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. A. Smith Bowman Distillery, 1 Bowman Drive. Fredericksburg, Va.
