Pastor Michael V. Williams, speaking on his website PreachingPolitics, as found by Good As You. Williams believes that Christians should “resume obeying God and his word and recriminalize homosexuality.” Williams laments the days when “homosexuality used to be a felony in every state — referred to as sodomy” and believes that, while Christians have become increasingly tolerant of gay people, “homosexuals are becoming increasingly intolerant of us.” He urged his viewers to contact politicians and urge them to introduce an amendment to the Constitution asserting that the U.S. “is a Christian nation” and to make homosexuality a felony offense.
