No charges against male couple married in Virginia

Jack Fitzpatrick, spokesman for Newport News Commonwealth Attorney, Howard E. Gwynn, who announced that no charges will be filed against Justin McCain and Antonio Blount who were officially married in Virginia because McCain wore feminine clothing to the courthouse and clerks did not notice that his driver’s license had an “M” for male. Circuit Court Judge C. Peter Tench voided their marriage and ordered the couple to return any marriage documents. (Washington Post)
