The Justice Department has apparently announced that it will not seek to overturn a San Francisco appeals court ruling that call into question the Constitutionality of “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell” and how it relates to the the landmark win for gay sex in the Supreme Court case of Lawrence vs. Texas.
