Transgender woman Vandy Beth Glenn wins lawsuit against Georgia Assembly

”This is the happiest I’ve been in a very, very long time. It’s been two years this month since we filed the suit and I was fired more than two and a half years ago. It’s been a very long road.”

Vandiver Elizabeth (a/k/a Vandy Beth) Glenn telling GA Voice of her joy at winning a lawsuit against the Georgia State Assembly for being fired after she told her supervisors that she would be transitioning from a male to a female. A compensation hearing has been set. (GA Voice)
