Whitman-Walker Clinic, Paul Wharton remember and others remember lives lost

On Wednesday, Dec. 1, the Whitman-Walker Clinic, in conjunction with several other community groups, held a World AIDS Day Candlelight Vigil in Dupont Circle. Among those who took a turn at the mike was local style-celebrity Paul Wharton, who told a heartbreaking story about a friend he recently lost to AIDS.
