Aubrey Sarvis speaks at 2011 SLDN National Dinner [video]

At the Servicemembers Legal Defense Network (SLDN) National Dinner on Saturday, March 19, 2011, SLDN executive director Aubrey Sarvis told the crowd that the organization’s work is not yet done. Asking the crowd, “Is our work over?” Sarvis told them, “This fight is not over. Our work is not done until … there is open service.”

He also discussed transgender discrimination and equal marriage benefits for servicemembers as ongoing challenges that the organization will seek to address.
