Despite having just been reelected to a 4th term by nearly 90% of the city’s voters, he has chosen his relationship with a Mexican man who doesn’t have legal U.S. status. Lown said they would wait together in Mexico for his partner to obtain a visa legally, and he would return to his job if the city residents wanted him back at that time. (San Angelo Standard-Times)
