Metro Weekly

Horoscope

June 25-July 1, 2009

Heavenly Round-Up: There’s a seed germinating in your soul. There’s a grain of sand irritating your heart just enough to bring on the emotional mother of pearl. There’s a starting point deep, dark and necessary as air and water requiring your complete ignorance and total neglect so that it may take its inevitable shape in the course of your life. Are you brave enough not to open the oven at this critical stage in the baking of your future potential? Can you resist the temptation to peek? Wear shells.

Aries: If you can’t stand the heat, get out of the area. If you can’t stand the introspection, busy yourself with new projects and old acquaintances. If you can’t stand the direction your life is taking, stand at the crossroads and follow the toss of a pebble. Persuade, don’t push.

Taurus: Isn’t it amazing how much one comes to rely on the little daily things to get one through the tough times and the dull? Isn’t it amazing how much one may take for granted without noticing the assumptions? Isn’t it amazing how it all adds up? Call on Friday.

Gemini: Touch, but don’t look. You should be feeling your way forward: carefully and cautiously and with trust to the fore. If you want the best of both worlds, you may have to do without certain necessities in order to use your resources to bridge the gap between them. Think.

Cancer: You feel you don’t know enough to make an intelligent decision. This may be true, but the time is now and the decision can’t wait. Let your dreams, your intuitions and snatches of conversations overheard in public places lead you through the maze. Embrace change.

Leo: It’s not enough to be right. It’s not enough to act with assurance. It’s not enough to be inclusive. There are still questions of ethics and conduct and principles. Step away from your established perspective to get a sense of what you may be missing. Ask a Capricorn.

Virgo: You might yet do as much as all that. But honestly, if you don’t reach out to as much of your standing community as is possible, you’ll have a harder time than you need or want. Grasp the details swiftly and take action after due deliberation. Look left for answers.

Libra: This is a time of renewal of purpose, vision and connection to your professional ideals. This is a time to put sentiment by and use judgment and clarity. This is a time to assess priorities and make commitments to what really matters. Don’t wait past Saturday to speak.

Scorpio: Your heart is in it. Your spirit is committed. Your will is activated and in gear. Nothing can stop you now except fear itself. Get in touch with your inner Winston Churchill and release your paranoia to make space for strategy, courage and a willingness to over-indulge.

Sagittarius: Wherever you go, there you are. And you can’t outrun, fly or swim away from the conditions shaping your existence. But you can change those conditions by bringing your attention and awareness to the table. Will you be able to include the ones you love in your choice?

Capricorn: You believed the hype! You bought the pig in a poke! You took a wooden nickel! Okay! Now get over how things were and get on with how things are. You have the personal acumen to learn from your past in order not to have to repeat it, over and over again.

Aquarius: You may feel under the weather, but this could be a signal for you to reconsider the routines you have for maintaining your fleshly self. Health is a foundation on which all futures are more possible to build. Let your inquiring mind know sooner if possible.

Pisces: Your heart is over-stimulated by the new inputs. Your glands are exhausted from the stress of being so engaged. Your spirit is challenged by the latest ring-pass-not in your moral framework. It’s not about the choice so much as the intention you bring to the moment.
