Reel Affirmations 12, presented by One in Ten, runs from Thursday, Oct.
17 to Sunday, Oct. 27 at the Lincoln Theatre (1215 U Street NW; 202-328-6000),
the DC Jewish Community Center Goldman Theatre (16th & Q Streets NW; 202-518-9400),
and the Goethe Institut (814 Seventh Street NW; 202-289-1200). Ticket
prices vary (see individual reviews in this issue). Programs denoted as
FREE do not require tickets. Festival passes for the various venues are
