Arts Corner Stage

2006 Capital Pride Festival: Sunday, June 11, 12noon to 6pm

For the seventh year running, the GLBT Arts Consortium is proud to sponsor the performance stage at the Capital Pride Arts Corner from noon to 6 p.m. as part of the Capital Pride Festival, June 11, 2006. The Arts Corner Stage is located at 6th Street and Pennsylvania Avenue NW at the Festival.

While checking out the stage, be sure to stroll by the Arts Corner booths to see the exhibits of the members of the Triangle Artists Group (TAG) and other artists.

The 2006 Arts Corner Stage is funded in part by grants from the DC Commission on the Arts and Humanities/National Endowment for the Arts and Brother Help Thyself. Additional support is provided by the Capital Pride Festival.

Participants in the Arts Corner and Stage reflect the broad range of artists and presenting groups that collectively make up the GLBT Arts Consortium, a voluntary collaboration of varied arts organizations from the Washington, D.C. metro area which works to raise the visibility of GLBT arts.
