Hey, NYPD: Cruising is not illegal

McGregor Smyth, of the Bronx Defenders which won a class action against NYPD and put an end to the city’s unconstitutional anti-crusing law in May of 2008. According to Slate.com, hundreds of citations have continued to be issued to men, many of whom likely admitted guilt by paying the “violation” without realizing the applicable law has already been struck down. (Slate)
