Nebraska man pepper sprays Westboro Baptist protesters, but misses and hits others

”Initial indications are he was probably targeting the Westboro Baptist Church.”

An Omaha, Nebraska police officer speaking about an incident that happened at the funeral of a soldier who died in Afghanistan. Apparently, 16 or so anti-gay protestors from the infamous Westboro Baptist Church were there for reasons only they can understand. A pickup truck driver drove by and sprayed a substance at them, but hit others including a CNN reporter and police officer. The leader of the Westboro protestors said their group blocked the spray with their signs. (CNN) (ABC Action News)
