Abs on a plane

Wilson Cruz.jpgIf the sexy Wilson Cruz looks a little flabby the next time you see him, complain to the Transportation Safety Administration.

According to the gay actor and activist, while traveling this morning through New Jersey’s Newark Liberty International Airport on his way to Orlando, a TSA representative confiscated a “bludgeoning device” from his carry-on luggage.  The item in question was Cruz’s ab wheel (which I have just added to my Christmas list).

Cruz provided a colorful account of the experience via Twitter:

@wcruz73 – “It’s officially Thanksgiving… I’ve had my altercation with TSA over my apparent ‘bludgeoning device’ (ab wheel) and confused a bartista!”
@wcruz73 – “So, if I get fat over Thanksgiving weekend, blame Carla @ Newark TSA with fuchsia eyeliner! I left my ab wheel with her mouth. She needs it!”

Cruz confirmed the incident after being contacted by Metro Weekly.

You can get a peek of Cruz’s amazing abs courtesy of Socialitelife.com by clicking here.  Also a complete list of TSA’s prohibited items (ab wheel is not listed but billy clubs and night sticks are) is available here.
