Garbage on sale Thursday for Garbage at the 9:30 Club

Garbage will hit the 9:30 Club in May only one week after the alt-rock band releases its fifth studio album â€" with the barbed title Not Your Kind of People. And given that it’s the first album from the quartet of Shirley Manson, Duke Erikson, Steve Marker and Butch Vig in seven years after an extended indefinite hiatus, it’s a guarantee tickets will sell out super-fast when they go on sale this Thursday, March 15, at 10 a.m. for the May 23 show. Nightclub 9:30, 815 V St. NW. Tickets are $35. Call 202-265-0930 or visit 930.com or ticketfly.com.
