Netflix has dropped a teaser for their new Brazilian animated series Super Drags, which follows the adventures of superhero drag queens.

The show, produced by Combo Studio, is slated for five episodes and will be released sometime in the second half of 2018.

“During the day, they work in a department store and deal with their uptight bitchy boss,” Netflix’s description states. “By night, they tighten up their corsets and transform into the baddest SUPER DRAGS in town, ready to combat shade and rescue the world’s glitter from the evil villains. Get ready, because the SUPER DRAGS are going deeper than you think.”

Chris Sanagustin, Netflix’s Director of Original International Content, said the streaming service was “thrilled” to have its first original animated series from Brazil.

“We are thrilled that our first Brazilian animation will present our audiences with the daring, scandalous and fabulous world of Super Drags,” he said.

Super Drags won’t be the only animated drag queen show hitting airwaves this year. WOW Presents, the streaming arm of the production company behind RuPaul’s Drag Race, announced they would be premiering Drag Tots this summer. The show, about baby drag queens, will feature queens from Drag Race and even Mama Ru herself.
