Liberty Counsel: ENDA hasn’t passed because it “degrades morality”

“Congress has not passed ENDA because including accommodations for gender-confused adults in these types of laws and regulations violates privacy, degrades morality, and censors free speech.”

Mat Staver, Founder and Chairman of Liberty Counsel, “an international nonprofit litigation, education, and policy organization dedicated to advancing religious freedom, the sanctity of life, and the family,” in a press release. ENDA, the Employment Non-Discrimination Act, would prohibit employers from discriminating on the basis of sexual orientation or gender identity. “The Obama administration has crossed over the threshold of the absurd,” Staver continued. “Obama’s policies are destructive. The next President will need to clean house to rid the While House and the federal agencies of Obama’s leftover destruction.”
